Rates:
Seasonal, Off Season and Holiday Rates are available. Special rates may be offered at certain times of the year. Please call for current rates and availability. 888-222-4611
Rates are subject to change except for advance reservatons.
All rentals are subject to house rules and rental policy.


Reservations
We recommend early reservations to assure the accommodations you most desire.
Reservations for three nights or less require a one-night deposit.
Reservations for four or more nights require a two-night deposit.
Your deposits can be made by credit card, cash, check or money order. If not received in 7 days we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

Reservations are made for a specific number of people. Additional guests beyond the reservation number may be added on arrival within the occupancy limits of the cabin.


Check-In
Check in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 PM unless special arrangements are made with the office. Check out is at 10:30 AM. Late departures will result in another days charge. Guests are financially responsible for damages or additional cleaning.

Please no checks upon arrival. All guests are financially responsible for the time reserved; there will be no refunds due to weather, change of plans, or early departures.

WE CANNOT MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS OR REFUNDS UPON ARRIVAL FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER


Check-Out
Check-out procedures are designed for each Guest to leave the cabin as found:
1) all trash removed and placed in the wooden bin near the office
2) all dishes washed and put away,
3) all keys returned to the office for check-out no later than 10:30 AM.


Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable with one month notice of cancellation. Refunds for shorter notices are contingent on our being able to fill the reserved time period. This refund policy includes any changes in your arrival and departure dates. If your length of stay changes, no refunds are given unless the lease period is refilled. There is a $35 administration charge for all cancellations.

It is sometimes necessary to do repairs or routine lawn maintenance during your stay. All problems will be corrected as soon as humanly possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT, or events occuring that are beyond our control.
